Villa VICI is located on the west coast of the Island of Corfu in the Chalikounas region and close to the lake Korrisson.
Villa VICI comfortably welcomes 14 people (8 in the Villa, 4 in a first apartment and 2 in a second one).
A private road gives access through a portal to the 400 sq. meter villa on a 40 ares plot. The Villa has a video surveillance system with outside control cameras.
Villa VICI is oriented South - South/West, so you can enjoy superb sunsets from the various terrasses or the garden.
The 300° view from the Villa VICI covers the lake Korission, the olive trees fields and off course the sea.
UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE
Villa VICI is located 2000 meters from one of the most beautiful beach of Corfu called Chalikounas. This 4km long sandy strip in Natura 2000 is famous for its Party on the beach and for the Kite Surfs where several clubs are located.
You will find also Restaurant, Greek taverns close to the sea and the lake Korission.
PRIVATE BUT NOT LOST
The Village of Agios Mattheos is located at around 4.5km and Moraitika at 6km. Ago Mattheos is a typical mountain village while Moraitika is a seaside village on the East coast of Corfou. You will find all facilities in these two villages: shops, bars, restaurants, car/motorbike/quad renting, ....
The neighboring countryside of the Villa is composed of olive tree fields and vineyards; two vineyards are located at less then 2km from the Villa.
